For Kandee's family

To everyone who may not yet have heard the news, our dearest friend Kandeepan Kathirvetpillai passed away on 28th March 2022 at home peacefully.

 

Kandee is the father of Avanti, Aathirai, Angavi and beloved husband of Chandra. What has happened is beyond comprehension and we are all still in shock. Final ritual plans are still being arranged, and any updates regarding locations and times will be communicated.

 

 

The batch mates of 1998 from Hindu College Colombo has already received numerous telephone calls, texts and messages from friends asking how to help. Some of your presence yesterday made the bereaved family feel part of the cohesive community; it is also time for us to stand with the family and help them financially to show our heartfelt condolences and prayers. I am certain we can contribute as a community.
