Facing the Unthinkable
Donation protected
Our nephew, Joshua Pajunen, was born 17 years ago.
He is a treasure and a joy to all his family and friends. Despite his disabilities he has thrilled and amazed us with his abilities. Joshua enjoys life so much. He loves fishing with his Dad, John

or relaxing in a hot tub with his Mom, Allison and family
Josh enjoys country music, especially Jennifer Nettles, and football.
Joshua is a real multitasker! He plays “Call of Duty” and on line bowling at the same time
Occasionally playing guitar or drums strikes his fancy,
and hanging with Chloe
Until recently, Joshua has faced his many illnesses with a hardy resilience, not so any more. Over the past year and a half Joshua has been hospitalized repeatedly for pneumonias and infections. His immune system has weakened dramatically.
Joshua’s Mom and Dad are now facing the unthinkable. Joshua is home with Hospice care. For today Joshua is happy, just weaker and more tired than usual. He spends a lot of extra time sleeping. His family is now cherishing any time we can have with him.
No one plans for the expenses of losing a child, it is unimaginable. We are trying to raise funds to relieve John and Allison from having to worry about memorial expenses on top of all their other concerns and grief for Joshua. Any help provided will go directly toward paying for final expenses for the family.
Joshua’s aunts, Katherine King and Linda Morin, will be responsible for the funds and working with Allison and John Pajunen on these arrangements.
It is with a heavy heart that we confront the next few weeks and or months. Our hope is that if Joshua has touched your heart or made you smile, that you would consider our appeal.
Thank you for your consideration,
Katherine King and Linda Morin
