Help Krystian

Krystian is a15 years old boy from Mullingar who was diagnosed with a high grade B-cell lymphoma (Burkitt Lymphoma) earlier this year. This is an aggressive lymphoma which requires intensive treatment with systemic anti-cancer therapies including chemo-immunotherapy. Krystian will require treatment of multiple admissions to the National Children’s Cancer Service at CHI at Crumlin for number of days at a time. While on treatment Krystian is likely to be more tired than usual. He is also at higher risk of infections and may require attendances at his local hospital also.

Krystian’s sister Sophia (5) also has health problems. She has a fused left ventricle in her hearth. This requires frequent medical care. Mother Katarzyna is single parent with 3 kids. Kasia has lived and worked in Ireland for the past nine years and now finds herself unemployed so she can stay at home and take care of her children. This is an ongoing illness and requires a lot of financial aid for travel, household expenses, accommodation etc.
