Home coming
Daniel 10:19
“And he said, ‘O man greatly loved, fear not, peace be with you; be strong and of good courage.' And as he spoke to me, I was strengthened and said, 'Let my lord speak, for you have strengthened me.’ ”
Anyone who knows my dad knows that he’s a stubborn, hard-working, and a no BS kind of guy. But you also know that he’s hard-loving, honest, understanding, and has a heart of gold. He’d give you his last dollar and the shirt off his back.
He has been thrown a (BS) curve ball, one that will completely alter the way he lives his life. I just want to show my Dad how loved he is. That we are going to come together and support him, so he doesn’t have to worry. That he will be taken care of. That he won’t be a burden on anyone. That we want him to live out the rest of his beautiful life loved, blessed, and fulfilled. He still has plans. It’s not fair. I want his grand babies to get to spend time with him. We need more memories, more time.
He’ll probably be mad at me for doing this, but I want him to feel the LOVE.
He’s worked his TAIL off his entire life, Please help me give him the break he DESERVES.
For anyone who doesn’t know, my dad lives in Hawaii and his home is Indiana. We just want him surrounded with love and support. Any little bit helps and is so greatly appreciated!
Philippians 4:6-7
Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
