A Helping Hand for Jamie and Emily

Donation protected
Our friend Jamie Duckman suffered a major stroke in May 2014 at age 38 while jogging with his two small children.  He has retained all of his personality, and has been working hard every day through his original lengthy hospitalization (including brain surgery), rehab, and goals such as getting to drive again.

However, Jamie has not been able to work since the stroke, and recently suffered a seizure.  Keeping up the best-quality medical care available, much less Charley and Eala's child care and running the house, must be costly enterprises.  So as his friends, we want to put the word out that a bit of cash help might be greatly appreciated.

Jamie has always had a wry sense of humor.  We'd love to tell him we did this gofundme for a few hundred bucks and have he and Emily be able to withdraw a much higher amount come April Fool's Day.  Are you with us?
