As part of my Duke of Edinburgh Award, I’m challenging myself to complete No Sugar November. All the funds I raise will be donated to Dementia UK. I’ve chosen this charity because my beautiful Great Nana is living with dementia, and I want to do something meaningful for her and others affected by this condition.
