During a routine wellness appointment, Brandi’s doctor found a lump on her left breast. After completing a mammogram, ultrasound, and biopsy, she got the dreaded diagnosis: “Triple Negative Invasive Ductal Carcinoma Breast Cancer.” This news has completely shattered her and her family. She is doctoring in Fargo at the Roger Maris Cancer Center along with the Edith Sanford Breast Center. She is still waiting on final cancer staging before treatment can begin. As of now, she knows she will be doing about 6 months of chemo and immunotherapy at Trinity in Minot, followed by surgery and radiation (if needed).

Brandi is always the happy, bubbly personality that lifts everyone else up and brings positive light and energy to everyone around her. Right now, she needs to be lifted up and supported through this journey, and shown that she is not alone in this fight.

Brandi is a single, hard-working mother of 2 beautiful kiddos, Brylee (13) and Alena (9). The money raised will help her with travel and medical expenses, but also make up for time away from work and the normal day-to-day living expenses.
