Medical bills

Donation protected
Update: 09/06/23 - After being released from the hospital I was readmitted due to an infection in the wound site from surgery. I was released yesterday and am slowly regaining my strength. I have Home Health PT starting Monday, Tuesday is a follow up and staple removal visit and Wednesday will be my first Immunotherapy infusion. These will be every other week for a total of approximately 8 sessions.

I have lowered the total amount as I will be going back to work through the treatments. I have learned, from last time, working gives me focus, but at the same time, still covers the bills. However, the bills are stacking up from my hospital stay and now with home health. Anything you can donate is much appreciated and for everyone who has helped, thank you so much.

Tanya

After fighting the battle on their own for almost a year, Tanya and her family are running out of options. They truly need help.
Oct 17 2022 after many many trips to the ER for severe abdominal pain, Tanya was diagnosed with ovarian cancer. Treatment moved quickly. Her first chemo treatment was on October 31st. They could not afford any wasted time in her battle. On
Feb 21 2023 the surgical team performed a complete hysterectomy. This was done to avoid the likely hood of a reoccurrence. Every two weeks from October until June, Tanya went through chemo. Completing her first treatment session in June 5th.
After this course of treatment, her tumor marker was at 56. The doctor wasn’t happy with that number but everyone thought her fight was won.
On August 4 2023 she went back to ER for severe abdominal pain. A bowel obstruction was found. The obstruction was caused by scar tissue from the hysterectomy. Tanya has been in the hospital for three full weeks fighting this blockage. It is now clear.
Since she was there, most tests were run. One of these tests showed tumor marker at 220. Her oncologist was quite concerned and continued to pursue the cause. He found cancer seeds located in her abdomen. While they aren’t tumors yet, they will become such without another full round of chemotherapy and immunotherapy treatments.
The bills are piling up, her family are all working as much. Ad they can to make ends meet but they can’t do it alone.
As the old saying goes, it’s takes a village. Well they need their village now. Please donate and share all you can. Every dollar gets them closer to catching up and preparing for the next round of treatment coming in the next couple of weeks.
Thank you so much from our family to yours!!
