Please help me with covering the expense of burying my Mother.
My Mom has been declared legally dead after suffering a (EDIT-Mom suffered a stroke, not a seizure. I apologize for the error.) in the aftermath of surgery on her brain. This tragedy is hard for us to bear. My mother is only 53. She has been fighting cancer for over 2 years now, and she was in surgery for tumors that had rapidly developed on her brain. After a successful surgery, she suffered a stroke and entered a coma. Now, a week later she has been pronounced dead. I visited and spoke to her in the evening a few hours before her stroke (we are told it likely happened around midnight). She knew who I was, I told her I loved her and I was here for her. She tried to smile and barely was able to say "I love you too". I told her that I'd be back to see her again as soon as visiting opened the next day and she, again with difficulty, said "good". I spoke to her more and sat with her for a while. Eventually I left, and that was the last time I was able to speak to her. I know she is with our Lord, and this knowledge comforts me and my siblings greatly. I am thankful for the faith she taught us and exemplified throughout her life. Knowing we shall all be reunited one day in our Father's kingdom is the greatest solace we could ask for now.
My mother leaves behind her 9 children, her parents, her brother and sister and many more. Our family is coming together to honor her last wishes and say good bye.
Any assistance provided is deeply appreciated. Thank you and God bless you.

Me and Mom. July, 2019. ^

This photo Mom took in her hospital room during the days leading up to surgery. She took this picture wearing the dress she bought for my sisters wedding, which she was unable to attend due to the suddenness of the tumor development. I live streamed the wedding ceremony for her via video call, and she was so happy to be able to see it in its entirety. I chatted with her and it was almost like she was there, even though she wasn't. I'm thankful she got to see the wedding, and interact as much as she did. I love you Mom
