Justice For Bethany

On May 11, 2019 at 10:30 pm on 300 block of 131st Street in South L.A.'s Willowbrook the world lost a beautiful soul and heaven gained an angel. Bethany Holguin (23)  and her brother Emilio (21) were on their way to pick up Bethany’s 6 year old daughter. On their way 2 illegal street racers were racing through a residential street causing a fatal crash into Bethany who was driving and broadsided her car. Because of these irresponsible actions Bethany lost her life and her brother Emilio remains in the hospital in critical conditions. The drivers who crashed into her got into another car and fled the scene. This is a Mother’s day tragedy Bethany was an outstanding young single mother who was working on getting her nursing degree to be able to provide a better life for her 6 year old daughter. Quitting was never an option for her. She was an amazing mother, daughter, sister, friend overall she was an amazing human being. Bethany died instantly and her last words were crying for help. So I ask each and everyone of you who took the time to read this to help the family with a donation to help with Bethany’s funeral expenses and Emilio’s hospital expenses.
