Fighting to save Mya's life

Mya is a beautiful 6 year-old girl who was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) on February 3, 2015 when she just turned 5. Her mom (my daughter) Michelle, is a single mom. She had to quit her job in order to care for Mya, who is undergoing very aggressive chemotherapy treatment for the next 3.5 years. Mya's mom does not have a drug plan and the medications that Mya requires on a daily basis, as well as the costs associated with daily living are very expensive.
Our main goal is to save Mya's life and we are desperately trying to do that. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you so much for all of your support. Love, Mya and her family.
p.s. Mya's mom's government benefit for parents for critically ill children - PCIC 35 weeks, (however small it was), has ended and she cannot start looking for a job as she has to be home with Mya taking her for chemo regularly to sick kids hospital, plus daily chemo and blood thinner needles twice a day at home. Mya cannot be full time in school since its winter and her immune system is compromised and she gets sick very often. At the moment the pattern is 2 days in school and 2 weeks sick at home with fever, cough and runny nose. Therefore until April when it gets a bit warmer it's out of the question for my daughter to look for a job. There is no other government benefit to help when the child is sick. My daughter is a single mom and it's an unfortunate reality of the situation, that families with sick kids get financially destroyed especially if you are a single parent with no child support. It's sad! That's when kind people, friends and family step in and help. We appreciate all the help. Thank you!!!
UPDATE. Our year in review since Mya's leukemia diagnosis on February 3, 2015.
- 60 trips to the hospital where parking alone is $20 not to count other expenses (food drinks etc)
- 5 weeks total time being admitted and staying at the hospital.
- Several trips to the emergency dept with fevers and other complications.
