Our neighbors Jim & Barbarba Murphy lost thier home yesterday in a 3 alarm blaze.
They are displaced as well as Barbara's brother who is a Veteran. Thankfully Jim was not home. Barbara & her brother got out unharmed. The home appears to be a total loss.
Jim returned from working out of state as soon as he could, arriving in the early morning hours today. They are beginning the necessary paperwork with thier insurance and the Red Cross in order to get through this difficult time.
Money raised will be spent on replacing clothing, medications, lodging, lost wages and food.
