McWilson Family Medical Related Expenses

Hi, all! My name is Ashton Eastin. First and foremost, this picture is almost 10 years old, but I just love it!

As many of you know, my brother, Chase, was diagnosed with a low grade glioma following acute onset seizures. This is a slow growing brain tumor. As of now, his seizures are mostly under control with medication, but the hope is that once the tumor is removed, he will be seizure free.

He is scheduled to have surgery to remove the tumor on January 17th in Kansas City. This will obviously be a highly invasive procedure that will result in a lengthy recovery. My parents will be staying in Kansas City for as long as Chase will be in the hospital. Following his surgery, he will likely have a stay in an inpatient rehab setting.

With all that said, this will result in many expenses, such as room and board, food, gas, general travel, boarding the dog, etc. We are hoping to raise funds to provide support for them so they don't have to stress about money during this time.

We are trying to keep this GoFundMe quiet and surprise them with this support, so please do not tell them about this. I am going to hide this from them so they will have no knowledge of it.
