We are excited to launch the McWillie PTA Fall Fundraiser for 2018! Our goal of $10,000 will go towards unrestricted funds the PTA needs to provide opportunities to our scholars, educators, and school. The money raised will support many of our school-year goals such as technology upgrades, Tech Club tuition for the Montessori 9-12 students, teacher professional development, teacher mini-grants, curriculum supplements, classroom supplies, grounds improvements, and much more. As a National PTA School of Excellence, our PTA strives to better the educational experiences of our scholars in the Jackson Public School District.
This is our first year to have a donation-based fundraiser. This will replace the sales-based fundraisers like last year’s tumbler sales. Most sales-based fundraising campaigns require a minimum of 50% of the sales. This donation-based fundraiser allows McWillie to keep 92% of donations.
The Fall Fundraiser will launch the day of our PTA meeting on September 20, 2018, and our scholars will be given fun incentives to help meet our goal before the Fall Festival on October 18th. We are already planning to celebrate hitting that mark, and we need your help to succeed. Please share the link on all of your social media platforms, and text a link to your family and friends.
