Jackson Ellsworth was born 2/18/2021 in Midland,MI with a congenital heart defect called transposition of the Great arteries. It was never detected until after birth.
The deoxygenated blood from body is sent back to his body instead of going to lungs its going back to his body. He was sent to a Saginaw hospital which then was flown to U of M in Ann Arbor. Jackson is currently breathing on his own but still needs heart surgery to correct the valves on the heart. During this time Kaleigh and Mark are staying down state in a hotel, the money raised will help with medical bills and food,gas and hotel expense.
