Hello Everyone,
My name is Emma McLeod, I am the daughter of Christina McLeod who was Diagnosed with colon cancer about a month ago. Today (7/3/24) she had her surgery, the goal was to get the cancerous mass out of her colon and then assess from there. The surgeon came out after her surgery to tell us that it did in fact spread to her liver. We (family) were under the assumption that it had been caught early. That is not the case at all. She has to meet with the oncologist for more but she has Stage 4 Colon Cancer. She will undergo Chemotherapy and that is all we really know right now. I would like to thank everyone who has kept my mother and my family in their prayers. Truly, we need your help with medical expenses. This as of right now is an estimated amount, however it will be much greater. My mother, Christina McLeod is a fighter and I hope that she will continue her fight in beating colon cancer.
I believe we can reach this goal with everyone donating just a little bit that they can. My mother is so strong, hardworking, and my role model. Please, anything helps!
