Hello! My name is Dr. Carolyn Wooley, and I am excited to share with you a cause close to my heart—MCSNIP, Mercer. Cat. Spay. Neuter. Incentive. Program. MCSNIP is a dedicated low-cost spay and neuter program aimed at providing essential services to feral and needy cats in our community.

Why MCSNIP?

Every year, thousands of pets are born into short-lived lives on the streets or find themselves starving in shelters or feral colonies because there aren't enough homes. At MCSNIP, we believe that we can significantly reduce the number of poor feral cats through proactive spay and neuter services. By reducing the number of feral cat colonies, we provide a much-needed service to our community, contributing to healthier, happier animals who are less prone to certain diseases and behaviors associated with the breeding cycle.

Our Mission

Our mission with MCSNIP is simple: to provide affordable and accessible spay and neuter services rescues, ensuring that financial constraints do not stand in the way of responsible pet ownership or feral rescue. However, to continue offering these vital services and even expand our reach, we need your support.
