On Friday evening October 25th, Lizmaris Caba was walking with her mother to church when a utility Van struck them both, killing Lizmaris instantaneously. 
Liz had just celebrated her 15th birthday on September 14.  She was a vibrant young lady who always had a smile on her face and always looked at the positive in life. She was the youngest of 9 siblings.
Her mother who suffered non life threatening injuries, has  the responsibility of caring for two children with special needs. This tragedy has shaken up her family and friends as well as her community. 
The family is working on grieving and healing in the midst of this tragedy.  So many people have asked what they could do for this family. At this time they are in need of financial assistance to aid in the cost of funeral expenses. Losing a child is an unbearable pain.
