In October 2024, I was awoken to a phone call saying that my best mate had attempted commiting suicide. He has been in hospital since this is why I am doing the Manchester Half Marathon in aid of a charity that helps men and young boys with mental health issues. I have tasked myself with this challenge of completing this half marathon in aid of this issue. Too many young men have had a difficult time trying to talk about issues and we need it to change. I would appreciate if you could spare a few pounds to support this charity. These funds will help support a very important charity.

We facilitate non professional peer to peer support groups across the UK for any man to attend over 18. We provide a confidential non judgemental space for men to come together to chat about anything that they would like to get off of their chest. We have no waiting list, no referral or signing in process.
