Hi everyone, I’m Spy, a 22-year-old trans woman, and I’m reaching out to you all once again to ask for your support on a deeply personal journey.
As many of you know, transitioning is a complex and emotional process, and while I’ve made significant progress, there’s still one step that would make a huge difference in how I feel about myself—breast augmentation surgery.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve struggled with dysphoria, and this surgery is not just about changing how I look—it’s about affirming who I am. It’s about waking up in the morning and feeling at home in my own body, finally able to see the woman I know I am when I look in the mirror.
Having breasts would help me not only feel more confident and whole in my own skin, but it would also help me navigate the world with more comfort, as society often measures a woman’s worth by her physical traits. This surgery would be a life-changing step toward easing the dysphoria I face daily.
I understand that times are tough, but any contribution—no matter how small—will bring me closer to feeling truly aligned with my identity. Your generosity would mean the world to me, and I would be endlessly grateful for any support you can offer.
Thank you for taking the time to read this and for being part of my journey.
With love and gratitude,
Spy
