Hi my name is Jeanne, I’m fundraising for my friend Chickabooms a.k.a. Lorrie. She has been displaced by a devastating fire in Northern California that has removed the community. This area has been Lorrie’s home for 30 years. She has been an employee of the Klamath River school, a 4H instructor, a member of the community hall ,a member of the Horse Creek Church, and most recently a caregiver. The fire is called the McKinney fire and is one of the worst fires in California ever. We are trying to help her get back on her feet so she can at least get started in a new area.
