Several McKinney North families were caravanning to Florida for Spring Break when they were struck by a motorist resulting in a multi-car accident and several serious injuries.

Trevor Dutton remains in critical care in Mobile, Alabama. After several days, he has miraculously regained consciousness from his coma and is currently undergoing several medical procedures on his road to recovery.

Rex Fitch has been released and transported back to the Dallas area for surgery to repair his broken jaw. Future surgeries could be necessary if his internal injuries do not heal on their own.

Caroline Curdy immediately returned to McKinney for surgical repair of her broken arm. The long recovery ahead of her will limit her ability to work.

In addition to the unexpected medical expenses, these families are faced with multiple totaled cars, rental cars costs, last-minute flights, and emotional turmoil that no one should ever have to endure.
