McKenzie's Pay Old Landlord After They Reject Disputes

We are Casey and Candice. We recently moved to Ohio, back closer to friends and work. We spent all we had in moving. However, our old landlord, Independence Oaks, is pursuing close to 3000 dollars for a final payment.

We have attempted to dispute some of these charges, but they have denied them.

We have looked into the lease language, and state laws and we can find no recourse but to pay. However, as mentioned above, any money we do have coming in goes to existing bills and debts.

So we have come to you, friends, family, and kind strangers for donations to help us pay this final statement, so we can enjoy our new place of residency, without the burden of where we have been.

All funds raised here will go to paying this final statement.

If, in the event we go over our goal, we will use any excess funds to pay other debts such as medical or student. Though, our main concern is the immediate payment to our old landlord.
