McKenzie Lahaina Fire

My name is Jerusalem, son of Myrna McKenzie. She was among the hundreds who lost everything in the recent fire. Luckily enough she was able to evacuate just before her apartment in Lahaina Surf burned down. She lived on the 2nd floor, and with no time to spare, she left everything including her two cats who unfortunately did not make it. Every document and picture turned to ashes, thankfully she came out unscathed. She immigrated from the Philippines almost 20 years ago and struggled here as a single parent raising three kids on her own as best as she could. My mom did everything she could for us, this is the only option I got. I understand with the economy we live in a majority of us already suffer living paycheck to paycheck. I'm hoping this reaches the kind souls who aren't worried about their financial situation. A little goes a long way, God bless us all.
