McKee family rebuild

Our family has been rocked by the horrible loss of, not one but three family homes this week. We were fortunate to not lose any family members but it was a near thing as these horrible fires were set as several human souls were unknowingly asleep in their beds. Though all escaped with their lives, that is all they were able to save as their homes, belongings and business assets were completely engulfed. 2020 and 2021 have been more challenging than many have or will experience and though the McKee family has thrived on the blood of immigrants, homesteaders and hard working Alaskan’s, the family has always believed in supporting the community and giving back. So, it is in the community spirit that I ask any who are able to help our family recover from these horrible losses. Anything offered is appreciated, even if all you can spare right now is a positive thought for all the loss.
