Hello, my name is Tina Petersen and I am creating this go fund me for the McIntosh-Smith family as God connected us through a similar experience.

What Harper Coss age 11 is now going through my oldest daughter went through when she was Harper’s age including sinus and brain surgery.

To be specific here is how her Mother Constance summarized it.

Ok so let's see.

Harper is 11 years old, she's a 5th grader at CJI. Harper came down with a sinus infection that she was taken to the Dr for and thought to be treated but within a few days she started experiencing migraine like headaches, confusion and now can only seem to be able to make out the words I, UM, and Ow. It's believed this is all caused by the pressure from the abscess on her brain. Harper is in Kalispell children's hospital PICU waiting on surgery to go inside her skull and wash out the infection in hopes that it will rid her of any more complications.

This extensive surgery will require two surgeons an Ear, Nose, and Throat surgeon and a Neurosurgeon. When my daughter went through it the surgery took roughly 8 hours and we were away from home for roughly 5 weeks. After the surgery she had to be on IV antibiotics for 6 hours a day for 6 weeks. She did make a full recovery as we are praying and ask for your prayers that Harper will make a full recovery.

This account is to offset lost wages, provide financial support so her Mother can be in Kalispell with her throughout this trying time and that her step-father Tre and her four siblings can attempt to live life as normal as possible while undergoing such a scary time in their lives.
