Sometimes success needs a hand

Hi, we are the Sansone family. That's my wife, Erica, our son, Adam and me, Robert. We have successful operated Sansone's Bistro, in Greenwood Village CO, for the past twelve years. About a year ago, we joined the current restaurant trend opening a fast casual restaurant called fins & noodles Italian Seafood. We wanted to design a concept that educated people on the importance of seafood in their diet while respecting our oceans, and promoting overall health. By combining the renowned health benefits of both seafood and the Mediterranean diet we have created a high quality, healthy, fast-casual food option.

Our purpose is to make seafood more approachable and educate the public on the importance of aquiculture as a solution to the growing global appetite for seafood while working to streamline fins & noodles into a franchise-able opportunity based on a proven and successful model.

With over $90,000.00 in cash, we applied for an SBA loan, and signed a 5-year lease on the “perfect” location. Unfortunately, construction delays pushed us way off budget, our projected opening date was three months overdue. That’s three months with zero revenue. Now the holidays and old man winter were in full swing making  the next few months brutal generating only 50% of our breakeven revenue.

Once the weather broke, we realized our true potential for success. We were winning awards: “Best New Restaurant” and “Best Seafood” in Centennial CO, second place for the “Best Sandwich in America”. Our Google, Yelp, and Trip Advisor rating is 4.9-stars. And, Facebook grew to over 500 likes.

Despite all these successes, the three months of zero revenue had wiped out our operating accounts. Sansone’s Bistro can no longer carry the financial burden of supporting two restaurants. Bill payments are being made later and later every month. We are drowning in credit card debt and running out of ways to pay for inventory. Even our personal financial resources are suffering. I never thought we’d have to consider bankruptcy when we started fins & noodles, unfortunately; unless we have an immediate and substantial infusion of cash the future of fins & noodles Italian Seafood looks very bleak.

If everyone who reads this was to contribute as little as $10.00, fins & noodles would be able to pay rents, make payroll, plaster the surrounding neighborhoods with marketing materials, secure advertising promotions on major media markets, establish a stronger social media presence, increase brand awareness, and eventually franchise.

The simple words “Thank You”, can in no way express our gratitude for your generosity and compassion.  Your investment will alleviate the financial stress allowing us to concentrate on operations and achieve our dream. We intend to do whatever is necessary to succeed and greatly appreciate any contribution you could make.
