MCF Academy, MCF, MEI, CSC Coffee Machine Replacement Fund

With the unfortunate passing of our beloved Breville Barista Express, the coffee experience here has not been the same. We at the MCF Academy are passionate coffee-infused early career researchers and would like to raise funds for a replacement coffee machine (Breville Bambino Plus ~$500) and separate grinder (Baratza Encore ESP ~$300).

This would be a great mid-range setup that should last for a long time (and the Bambino Plus has a 3 sec startup time, and auto milk frother)!
