On November 17, 2020, the Mountain View Fire in Mono County ripped through Walker, CA, leaving a trail of devastation in it's path. Homes have been destroyed, including our beloved McCurry's. Michael (an antelope valley fire fighter), his wife Tessa and their children Trinity, Michael Jr, Alec and Mason lost their home of over 10 years, the only home these four children have known.
Rushing out the door with their fur babies, and only the clothes on their backs Tessa and the kids watched their home succumb to the inferno while Michael was actively fighting the fire. They have lost all of their worldly possessions.
As they begin the long journey toward rebuilding, we, as their family and friends, are banding together to help them and we are asking for your help too. Please, if you can, No donation is too small. If you are unable to help with a monetary donation, Marilyn McCurry is accepting clothing donations in Yerington, NV.
