Let’s help Allison kick cancer’s butt! For about the past year, Allison Vehlewald has been facing her stage 4 lung cancer diagnosis (she’s never smoked) with grace, determination, humor, and abundant faith that no matter what phase of the roller coaster ride she’s on, God is good.

Allison and her husband Frank have kindly welcomed us to help by praying for them, which we will most definitely continue doing. But we, their friends, have decided to do something additional. We want to ease their burden by helping them in whatever way would be most useful to them-- to help with bills, to help bring some fun into their lives with travel or meals out, or, if Allison gets accepted into a clinical trial in LA, to help with the every-other-week cost of plane tickets and accommodations she would have to undertake so she could participate.

Kicking cancer’s butt can be exhausting and expensive, but we have the chance to make their tough journey just a little bit easier. Please join us in showing them some of the kindness that they have always shown to everyone around them.
