In May of 2021 I went to the emergency room in pain thinking I was passing kidney stones. After getting an ultrasound done the doctor informed me that I had a 10cm tumor on my left ovary. Due to me not having medical insurance I was unable to get it removed. November 5th I went to my gynecologist in excruciating pain and she rushed me in for an emergency surgery because the tumor was torsion. It flipped 5 times. The tumor was sent off for testing in Boston. I was then informed that I indeed had cancer cells. Next step was to do a full hysterectomy. After that and cancer staging was done, there were still positive cancer cells. I’m currently undergoing chemo treatments. These past few months have been extremely hard for me as well as my family. My husband has been trying his best to take care of things financially but it has been very hard. He is also in the police academy right now so he isn’t able to be by my side like he wants to be. If there is anyone that is able to help we would greatly appreciate it from the bottom of our hearts. If not please pray that we get through this fast.❤️
