Summary of Medical Events:

    •    August 15: Discovered 8 mm kidney stone. Sent home from RWR with pain meds after a CT scan.

    •    August 16: Went to Mankato ER. A stent was placed. Sent home in pain, awaiting surgery date.

    •    August 20: Experienced severe pain. Called Mayo Urology in Mankato and was sent for an X-ray. Managed pain for 2 hours at the ER; stone had moved halfway down ureter. Discharged and remained off work.

    •    August 25: Scheduled surgery for September 8. Continued to miss work due to ongoing pain and inability to drive.

    •    September 8: Underwent surgery in New Prague.

    •    September 9: Developed a 102.0°F fever. Went to RWF ER. Received pain meds and antibiotics. Blood cultures taken. CT scan revealed 3 kidney abscesses.

    •    September 11: Admitted to RWF for IV antibiotics due to low blood pressure and blood infection. Concern of heart involvement.

    •    September 18: Transferred to Mayo Clinic Rochester for higher level of care.

    •    September 20: Underwent echotransesophageal exam and ureteroscopy with laser lithotripsy. Stent removed.
