Help a mate out!

Earlier on this year I signed up to run my first marathon and in 4 weeks time I will take on that challenge, something I’ve always wanted to do to try and test myself. Upon signing up for it we got news that our dear friend Michelle was diagnosed with melanoma of the liver and the brain and now has to undergo immunotherapy and radiotherapy.

As you can imagine this news came as shock to everyone who knows Michelle.

Michelle is one of the most positive, generous, kindest people I have ever met and is the life of every party and event, anyone who has been blessed enough to meet her will tell you the same.

as everyone knows, treatment for these types of illnesses aren’t cheap and unfortunately Michelle is now out of work and her job has offered her very little financial support and she is now depending on family and friends to support these medical costs.

when I told Michelle I wanted to start a go fund me for her she was originally against any fundraising because that’s just the type of person she is but she had no choice in the matter because I was going to set one up regardless :)

Michelle has done a lot for me personally over the last couple of years and I would love to be able to give back to her through this fundraiser as she would do the same for any of us.
