Thomas House Fund

These are my very dear friends, Barrett, Michelle, and Kinslee Thomas. They have helped so many through the years, even when they really didn't have it to give. Barrett and Michelle tried for years to have a baby and were finally blessed with Kinslee when she was only 3 days old. It was such a special time for their family. Within a couple of years, Michelle lost her job with Alltel with the buyout by Verizon. A short time afterwards, Michelle began having health problems which would eventually be diagnosed as the rare Dercum's Disease. Dercum's causes huge tumors to form all over the body that press against nerves producing intense pain, along with other health problems. This disease has disabled her to point that she cannot work and Barrett is supporting their family on his own. This poor family has been through so much, then yesterday (7/20/15), after working with the mortgage company for months, they received a letter telling them that their home would be foreclosed on by July 31, 2015 if all payments aren't caught up by then. This couple has done so much for so many, and would still give the shirt off their backs if they thought someone needed it. They need a little financial support to try to save their home for them and their sweet little girl.
