Support for Bobby Wilson

Donation protected
On Thursday, August 10th, Bobby went to the Emergency Room at Mercy South with a severe migraine and blurred vision. After testing, it was determined that he has a tumor on his brain near his pituitary gland. On Friday morning he was transferred to Mercy West where he underwent further testing which led to a diagnosis of a Null Cell Adenoma.

An MRI showed that the tumor is roughly the size of a softball and needs to be surgically removed. Bobby is currently scheduled for surgery on Friday, August 18th. The doctors are hopeful that the entire tumor can be removed at that time, but there is a chance that a second surgery will be required. Following the surgery or surgeries, he will have a 7-10 day hospital stay for recovery and will require months of healing before he is released to resume his normal daily activities.

Bobby is trying his best to stay positive and keep his sense of humor as he faces this difficult procedure and the recovery ahead. If you know Bobby and his family well, you know that they are not ones to ask for help but this is an opportunity for his community of friends and family to lift them up and show our support.
We hope to raise as much as we can to help offset the medical bills that are adding up quickly in addition to his missed time at work throughout his recovery. Please help us send Bobby, Beth and Alyssa thoughts, prayers and love by donating what you can.

Thank you, Friends and Family of Bobby Wilson
