Hi, my name is Tim Lamm and I'm the Head of People and Culture at The Crump Group USA in Nashville, NC. One of our coworkers, Mayorica Duran Martinez, suffered a house fire over the weekend of April 18th/19th, 2026. She has lost her house, possessions, car, and even her dog in the fire.
