Mayo Clinic Visit For Brooke's Seizures

About 6 years ago my sister, Brooke Bernard, suffered her first seizure. She was in her early 20's and was taken from work by ambulance for treatment. She was told it was a psuedo-seizure and was anxiety induced. Since then the seizures have been happening periodically and doctors haven't been able to give answers.
In the last year her seizures have been happening more and more often, and lately they are happening all the time. In the past month she had a seizure at work, another in the bathtub which is an extremely dangerous situation, and tonight she had one while playing with her two children.
There have been times when my 4 year old niece has found Brooke on the floor at home having a seizure. Brooke is conscious during these episodes and was able to instruct Bristol to get her phone and call Nana (our mom).
Brooke and her husband Jake have two little girls. Bristol is 4 and Ember is 1. They have watched their mother shaking on the floor. It's scary enough for the rest of us to see as adults, let alone those two girls. Brooke should no longer drive or be home alone with them.
Brooke has continued to seek answers and finally found a doctor who believes her and believes something is wrong. They are unable to find answers in the testing at the local clinics and she has been referred to the Mayo Clinic for a 7-10 day stay for tests.
I'm asking for help for Brooke to get down to Rochester for her appointment so she can hopeully find answers and live a normal life. She's only 27 and has a family, pets, a house, a job, and wants to enjoy life like anyone else. Most importantly she wants to care for her children. She originally had an appointment set for October but cancelled due to finances. Her appointment has been moved to the beginning of December. If we can raise money to help, she can get in sooner.
I figure she would need a minimum of $4000 just to get there. She is coming from Virginia, MN She would need 7-10 days in a hotel, gas, parking, meals, and lost wages for Brooke and her husband, Jake. The funds I'm hoping to get wouldn't even be for her medical bills, but simply to make the appointment and get some answers. Any money left over would be put towards her medical bills, which are high already.
If you've read this far, thank you. I'd like to personally say that my sister is hands down the nicest person I've ever met. She is an amazing mother. She loves everyone. She gives to everyone even when she hasn't had a lot herself. I've seen Brooke do more for others than herself her entire life. She's incrediblly generous, kind, loving, and compassionate.
