Mayla was a devoted wife to Richard Dostie, a loving daughter to Melanie Jurilla, and a cherished sister to Reuben Jurilla, Marizol Barachina, Marchellie Jamora, and Melvin Latuab. She was a nurturing mother to her beloved sons, Lowy J. Bunda and Patrick Dave J. Bunda.

On August 3, 2023, friends and family gathered at Vining Ivy Hill Chapel at 6 pm to pay their respects and bid farewell to Mayla. Her sudden departure has left an immense void in our lives, and the pain of her absence is palpable.

Tragedy struck on that fateful Tuesday morning when Mayla’s car was hit head-on, resulting in a devastating fire. Despite the valiant efforts of emergency responders from across the county, Mayla and the four other individuals involved could not be saved.
