Maygan Runs the City 2022

This year, I am running the TCS NYC Marathon to raise money for NYPD With Arms Wide Open. As an active NYPD member, I have spent most of my career working with children and currently work with a youth mentorship program in the Rockaways.

When I received the opportunity to run the marathon, I knew NYPD With Arms Wide Open would be a perfect fit due to being able to support my fellow brothers and sisters in blue, as well as their children. Thank you so very much for supporting my efforts in both fundraising and running the 2022 TCS NYC Marathon!

NYPD With Arms Wide Open is an organization that assists NYPD Police Officers of all ranks (both active and retired) that have medically complex and/or special needs children. They help offset out-of-pocket medical costs, therapies, medical equipment and handicap-accessible modifications that city insurance does not cover.
