I’m a mixed filipinx trans woman living in LA county. I’m raising money to help ease the costs of starting hormones, which I’d like to hopefully start next year or late this year, and pay for a legal name change. I’ve been out as a trans woman since around 2013 but HRT isn’t cheap and paying for food and school and such has had to come first.

While moving out has also been a pretty high priority for me - as I am and have been living in an, emotionally speaking, super unhealthy environment - living around LA has made it near impossible to even afford without roommates and being a pre-hormones trans woman adds in its own complications to finding roommates in the first place.

Any help would be a weight off my shoulders and would mean I can finally start to medically (and legally) transition and would ultimately ease a lot of the pressure and harassment, even if only marginally.
