At this time, Miguel is going through a very difficult time. He worked and lived at Mayacamas Ranch. He was an excellent cook there and is a very responsible, kind and generous person. He worked there for the past 15 years. He has lost everything in the fire: his house, his job, money and things of huge sentimental value. He is an excellent person...always in a great mood. Everyone that came to the ranch left content and happy with his great food and service. Now he is devastated.
