Asking for support is not easy. 

My daughter Maya recently was diagnosed with a mild concussion. Which may not sound like a big deal but for her it is. She has an already existing neurological condition that impedes her learning and she is considered high risk.

She has chronic headaches, dizziness, struggles with reading comprehension and math. Yet, she is brilliant. 


I am very concerned and want to do everything I possible can to ensure her success in healing and getting her brain to function the best it can. 


Maya struggles with slow processing and dyslexia. She will be entering High School next year and I really want to give her the best start I can.
