Maxwell Lawson - Bestfriends Flights & Accom

Hi all,

My name is Jodie Black & I've started this fund-raiser to help with airfares, meals, transport & accommodation for my husband Eric & son Kaiden to attend our best friends funeral in Melbourne VIC, we live near Rockhampton QLD.

We have drained our savings over the last month due to myself being on unpaid workers compensation & the guilt inside me for not having the funds readily available for Eric to attend Max's funeral kills me.

No date has been set for the funeral as yet.

Max's life was cut short on Sunday 10th March 2024, when he died from a stab wound inflicted by a person known to him during an apparent altercation.

Any funds above the amount requested will go to Max's family to help with funeral costs.

I know it's such a hard time for everyone atm with the cost of living increases & any donation will be appreciated like you wouldn't believe.
