May 24 is Maximus’s 7th Birthday. This is the reason our numbers are 524.
Coach Richard shaves his beard once a year to celebrate his son. Since the gym was forced to be closed at the end of March. We are hoping to raise some funds for the expenses that have accumulated during this time.
So we are doing it big this year! Not only will Coach Richard be shaving his beard, but he will also be doing 524 burpees on that day as well
There are 4 different ways you can help celebrate Maximus’s legacy.
1. You can shave your head or beard or both in his honor.
2. You can join Coach Richard in doing 524 burpees on that day via Facebook live or instagram live.
3. Contribute any dollar amount you feel comfortable with to Maximus’s gym.
