Hello everyone. January 28th 2024 my brother, Max lost his life due to knife crime. As you can imagine as a family this has broken us that we couldn’t protect him anymore than we did. To try and turn a negative into a positive, us sisters - Kayleigh, Jade and Jasmine would like to raise awareness to bleed kits. A bleed kit could have saved Max’s life but they can be difficult to access. CHANGE starts with us. We now live with a massive hole in our family, we want to prevent the same from happening to someone else and make are streets prepared. Bleed kits are not designed just for knife incidents, it can be used in car crashes, work-related injuries etc. In April 2025 we are taking the challenge of walking Pen-Y-Fan to try and raise some money towards buying and placing bleed kits in public areas for everyone to have access to if they’re required. Any walkers that would like to join us are most welcome! Let’s stick together and try and make are streets safe again.
