A few months ago Max was having issues walking we proceeded to take him to our vet to see what was going on. He had tore his left back ACL we then went through the medical tests to move forward with having the surgery. Throughout his recovery we had many set backs as far as infections and the vet ignoring some of the issues he was having.

I  had a gut feeling something wasn't right and we took him for a second opinion. Turns out the vet we put our trust in had failed us. He did the procedure incorrectly which led to him over compensating his other leg and having these infections. Now Max needs 3 procedures, 2 to repair both torn ACLs in his legs and 1 to take out all the hardware the previous vet had told us he took us and didn't.

We are told he may not be able to make a full recovery from this.

Max is the sweetest pup you'll ever meet and anyone who has met him can vouch for that. He loves swimming and loved to run laps around the backyard and the house anywhere he could. He has and will always be the light at the end of our tunnels, he has brought so much love and faith into this world. He is the perfect example of "who rescued who" because he saved me. I  would be grateful for any amount given this has been an extremely costly process already and it's not even close to being finished.
