Max Sennett Family Benefit

Our lives can change in an instant. On Monday, October 8th, Max Sennett suddenly suffered a fatal heart attack, leaving behind his wife of 22 years Mary Kate - a teacher at Emerson, and his children Hayley - a sophomore at ICCP, and Max, a 7th grader at ICGS.

Max, an Army veteran and avid fitness buff, was well known around Elmhurst - mostly as the funny, kind, generous and amazing Mr. Mathnasium.  You couldn’t miss his zebra striped Mathnasium car making its way to IC and around town!

Mary Kate and the kids are now trying to figure out how to make sense of life without their beloved husband and father, who was also a small business owner and provider for his family. Without life insurance benefits, paying for Max’s funeral expenses and keeping the children in their schools and home, is of primary importance right now. Anything this amazing community is willing to do to help, goes straight to Mary Kate and would be very much appreciated. I know we can pay it forward to the Sennett’s for all they have given to the Elmhurst community!

Thank you in advance for your generosity, in the Sennett family’s time of need.
