Professional Golf Pursuit


I started playing golf at a young age and continued to love and pursue the game from there on. I have been a junior member at York Downs Golf and Country Club since I was 9 years old and since spent all my summers practicing and playing with the goal of pursuing a golf scholarship and possibly playing golf as a career one day.

At 17, I managed to qualify for U.S. Junior championship and was scouted by West Virginia University. I was informed that WVU was looking to reinstate their men’s golf program and they made me an offer I couldn’t refuse. Helping build the program provided me with a great opportunity to play at a high collegiate level and see positive progression in my golf game. It ended up being a fantastic academic and golf experience for me.   I was able to complete my Business degree with a career 3.25 GPA and it gave me a chance to play in the Big 12 - a Power 5 Conference. I started in all of the 48 tournaments WVU competed in through my tenure.

 My post graduation goals are to now  pursue a professional career.  I currently have Conditional Status on the PGA's Mackenzie Tour which I earned at qualifying school in March. Come July, I will be trying to qualify for Mackenzie Tour events. My goal is to earn full status on the PGA Tour Canada as a stepping stone to the Web.com and eventually the PGA. 

I have started this GoFundMe page to help raise some funds for the upcoming season. It will go a long way in helping me to get a start on my professional career, assisting with the cost of travel, accommodations, entry fees, and caddie fees. Playing the Mackenzie Tour, I will incur expenses of $45,000 per season. Pursing professional golf has always been my passion and I am committed to the idea of being successful on tour.
