Gordon Maxwell Ramsey “Max”
7/29/1996-8/13/2023
We have lost the biggest heart and brightest soul. On Sunday night, Max left us to be with our Lord after a car accident. Max was loved by SO many, with all being left devastated and heartbroken. When Max entered the room, his smile was contagious and his laughter gave you profound happiness. He was caring, a believer, selfless, and loved his family and friends BIG. Max was so Special and had an instant connection with many.
We Thank everyone as you’re sending continuous prayers, love, food, and fellowship. Funeral services for Max will be on Sunday, August 20, 2023, at Weaverville United Methodist Church, 85 N Main Street. Receiving of friends- 3:00pm and service beginning at 4:00pm. Obituary to follow.
While being asked, “what can we do for Max's family?"...This memorial fund is being created to assist Max’s family with funeral expenses. All donations are sent to his parents, Gordy and Beth Ramsey. We are thankful for your love and support as Max was a Special Soul to all!
This is the last picture that I have of our ray of sunshine (5 days before he passed)...he wanted to come over and go fishing, so we did :) He giggled that I wanted to take a picture, saying how the fish was little, but I insisted, wanting to send it to his nana. Oh how we loved hearing him laugh.
We know when Max arrived in Heaven ❤️ it was a joyous reunion with ALL of his family and friends that came before him.
We will love you forever, Max
-Aunt Nicole, and Max’s entire family

Nephew,
Of all the many blessings, however great or small. To have you as my nephew was the greatest one of all. The family chain is broken now and nothing seems the same. But as God takes us one by one. The chain will link up again❤️
