Hey everyone,

I wanted to share something tough that happened yesterday. My dog Max was hit by a car on Hope Street. Thankfully, he survived, but he suffered a serious injury — a fracture in his left leg that unfortunately can’t be repaired. After speaking with the vets, the best option for him now is to amputate the leg so he can heal and live without constant pain.

Max has always been such a goofy, happy dog, and I know he’ll adjust and keep being the sweet pup we all love. That said, the emergency vet bills are high around $8,000.
